GBC Komunikacii was established on 20.12.1989 in Stip by Goran Gavrilov, as its owner and manager. The main business of the company is radio and TV marketing activity.

GBC Communications founded the following companies:

• Trading & Broadcasting Company Radio Kanal 77, founded on 11.06.1998 with main activity – radio activities. It is located in Stip, as well as its’ main studio, while it also has a studio in Skopje.
• Macedonian Media Service MMS, Address: 5th Party Conference BB - Stip from 23.06.2008. Main activity of MMS is the mediation in the development of culture.

GBC Communications invested in the construction of the Kanal 77 Multimedia Center in Stip, which covers an area of 3000 m2. Kanal 77 Multimedia Center comprises of different facilities and contents, most of which can be booked or rented :

• Radio Kanal 77 Studio. The Multimedia Center houses the studio of Radio Kanal 77, a journalism department, anchors department, production and administration. The program is broadcast by Studio Stip and Studio in Skopje.
• Radio Cafe Canal Restaurant 77The Radio Café Kanal 77 Restaurant is a 3 star first category restaurant. The total capacity of the restaurant is for 710 persons: 100 places indoors and 210 sitting places outdoors; additionally, there is a summer terrace which is suitable for bigger events due to the sitting capacity for 400 persons, and also there is a summer stage for larger or smaller concerts and events.
• Congress Hallhighly technically equipped congress hall with a capacity to host up to 160 persons for different types of events.
• Promo Hall. The promo hall is designed for smaller presentations of up to 30 people.
• Lobby bar. The lobby bar, with a capacity for standing of 100 persons, is a separate area/space which is connecting the Congress hall and the Promo halls. It is suitable for organizing coffee breaks, smaller cocktail parties and similar informal events.
• Apartments. Within the Multimedia Center there are three overnight apartments with a total capacity of 6 beds. The apartments are equipped with cable TV, LCD TVs, WiFi internet. Reservations for apartment use can also be made through the Booking website - https://www.booking.com, and type Radio Cafe Channel 77 on the search engine.
• Fitness room. The fitness room is equipped with high quality professional equipment and has a shower and a wardrobe. The fitness room covers an area of 40m2.
• Private parking space. The Kanal 77 Multimedia Center has its own parking space for up to 50 vehicles for its visitors.

According to its future development plans, GBC Komunikacii is preparing the documentation to open its own national TV-TV7.
